A Case of Well-Established Breastfeeding for a 61-Year-Old Woman After Menopause

En los últimos años ha aumentado el número de mujeres que han quedado embarazadas después de tratamiento para la fertilidad inclusive transplante de óvulos, y han entrado como parte de los departamentos de obstetricia. Un número de estas mujeres quieren lactar a sus hijos, aun después de la menopausia, aun cuando esto es posible, hay dudas y no se han descrito posibles necesidades especiales para establecer la lactancia materna en ellas. Aquí presentamos nuestra experiencia en establecer la lactancia materna en una mujer postmenopáusica de 61 años de edad.
